He serves as GPA’s toner ambassador at industry events and trade shows, and visits with GPA’s customers on-site at their businesses, having in-depth conversations about the variety of substrates available to them.
Craig also develops relationships with leading equipment manufacturers in the toner market to bring more powerful resources to GPA’s customers, and to ensure that GPA’s substrates are compatible with their equipment.
Craig’s career in the graphic arts industry began in 1991 at Avery Dennision, where he spent nine years in their Business Media, Fasson, and Office Products divisions.
