He shares information through webinars, and also hosts an educational video series called “Toner Talks” on YouTube, where he dives deeper into specific opportunities and market insights that can benefit print service providers. He serves as GPA’s toner ambassador at industry events and trade shows, and visits with GPA’s customers on-site at their businesses, having in-depth conversations about the variety of substrates available to them.

Craig also develops relationships with leading equipment manufacturers in the toner market to bring more powerful resources to GPA’s customers, and to ensure that GPA’s substrates are compatible with their equipment.

Craig’s career in the graphic arts industry began in 1991 at Avery Dennision, where he spent nine years in their Business Media, Fasson, and Office Products divisions. There, he held management roles in marketing and business development, and also authored two U.S. technical patents. Craig is the co-inventor of Avery’s CD label, and of the technology behind extended text labels, also known as fold-out product labels. After Avery, Craig worked at technology companies in the roles of Director of Business Development and Director of Sales. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales at Kernow North America, a global leader in digital synthetics, before joining GPA in 2015 in his current role.

Craig completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Western Ontario and earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University. He holds dual U.S. and Canadian citizenship, making him a resource to GPA’s customers across North America.
