GPA proudly announces the 2013 recipients of their President's Award, Brian P. Amerson Customer Service Excellence Award, and Salesperson of the Year Award. Recognizing the contributions of outstanding individuals each year reinforces the values that guide GPA on a daily basis, and rewards exemplary individuals for helping to further GPA's reputation as a world-class organization.
GPA's President's Award recognizes employees for high levels of achievement in promoting GPA's corporate goals throughout the year, and for unselfishly and consistently going beyond the call of duty. The 2013 President's Award was presented to Gil Chavez, GPA's Vice President of Operations.
The Brian P. Amerson Customer Service Excellence Award recognizes employees for consistently delivering excellent service to external and internal customers. In 2004, this award was dedicated and renamed to honor the late Brian P. Amerson and his commitment to Customer Service Excellence.
The 2013 Brian P. Amerson Customer Service Excellence Award went to three employees:
- Donna Downey, Merchandising Coordinator
- Gina Wilczewski, Administrative Receptionist
- Anthony Jules, who was newly promoted to Operations Manager and will be relocating from GPA's California office to GPA's McCook headquarters for his new role
The Sales Professional of the Year Award is presented to a GPA sales representative each year for going above and beyond the call of duty, and for providing outstanding service to customers and the company. The 2013 award went to Victoria Valentine, GPA's Territory Sales Manager who serves customers in the Texas print market.
